What I’ve seen over the last few months is that women in particular are struggling with emotions right now, fear, grief over the loss of their structure and routine or for loss of those they love, feeling powerless, guilty and unworthy. I’ve seen a rise of comparison with others online leaving us feel even more of all of these.
