I've got a wonderful but spacious timetable planned with a focus on deep rest. Expect tea ceremonies, super slow & yin yoga, dreamy yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and reiki energy healing alongside healing time in nature and chilling in the spa. Ooh I can't wait!

Deep in the Dorset countryside we will be gathering for a full weekend of healing - join in with as much or as little as you like.
Yoga, Reiki, Crystals, Oils, laughter, an abundance of tea, ritual, laughter and relaxing in the hot tub! Think spa break weekend complete with yoga, energy work and time to connect with nature.
Strictly limited spaces to allow everyone plenty of (optional) hands-on reiki healing.

Accommodation options
You will stay in luxury accommodation in Downview Farm. There are 5 twin/double rooms and one single room available. All rooms include:
